coffee/caramel milk shake with whipped cream 750 calories...

If it helps, Starbucks do a really great version of this but only for 158 calories (450mls, so not bad size) y'know the trusty light-blend caramel frappucino (grande). I know it's not QUITE the same as a full-fat milkshake with all the toppings and delicious calories but it's a pretty damn good disguise! I'd have NEVER known it was under 200 calories...

Thanks. Is that "light" as in artificial sweetener?? and no whipped cream, right? Still I bet it's better than MickeyD's caramel coffee.

Mmmm at the moment it would be my grandma's chex mix!

She uses Chex (like 2..3? different kinds), Cheerios, Pretzel sticks, Almonds...doesn't sound to bad for you, huh?

THEN, she pours on LOTS of bacon fat and bakes it!  It makes it so salty and yummy!  My favorite parts are the pieces crusted with burnt bacon fat.  That sounds nasty but trust me it's tasty!

I crave lots of bad for you things, but that's the one I'm cravin right now!

i am a vegetarian, so luckily for me my cravings aren't as many, as varied or necessarily as bad for you as a lot of people's.

CARROT CAKE!! weird, i know- but that is what i have been craving most. secondly- i don't really like ice cream all that much, but i have been craving soy ice cream sandwiches for some reason- the tofutti cuties. (i'm not a vegan, btw.) brownies, eggo waffles with butter and syrup, christmas cutout sugar cookies with the hard frosting, poppyseed muffins, chocolate chip granola bars, pizza flavor blasted goldfish,  natural peanut butter from the jar (has to be plain natural, not the non stir sweet regular kind- the oil on top lumpy kind- mmmm), cinnamon life cereal crushed in berry yogurt, and primetime garlic veggie pizza with the artichokes and fresh cooked veggies piled high (yeah, i know- weird, but that is what i want).

has anyone mentioned girl scout cookies yet?

refried beans.
homemade fudge.

peanut butter on toast, roasted salted cashew nuts, chocolate, pizza, granola cereal and yoghurt YUMMMMMMM

i think i do ok to control it though, i dont buy cashew nuts and whenever my mum does i hide the packet and forget it's there lol. ahh biscuits are my biggest weakness lol the biscuit jar is always just THERE and my hand moves of its own accord.haha :)

i have pizza once a week/fortnight whenever we have it for dinner and i usually buy the chocolate bars with less calories, like cadbury's fudge which only has 110 calories and freddo bars with 115 calories. i crave mars, twix and snickers though SO much !! they're like 300 calories though. sometimes i treat myself monthly to satisfy the cravings otherwise by now i'd be salivating just thinking of them! :P granola is also really addictive - once i've taken a small handful i come back for several more handfuls :P. i just avoid the stuff now :)

oh and my mum makes the MOST delicious bread !!!! when it's warm and doughy just come out of the machine.....YUM!

1. "Real" Italian pizza from back home (philadelphia) with extra sauce and mushrooms.

2. Krispy Kreme, glazed, cream filled or jelly filled donuts.

3. Strawberry, Kellog's Poptarts.

4. French Fries.

5. "Real" Philadelphia Cheese Steaks.

6. The Egg Custard they make at my work.

7. Cat Cora's Olive Oil Cake (or as I call it "Crack Cake")

8. Bread Pudding with Bourban Sauce (New Orleans style)

9. Blueberry Sour Cream Pound Cake.

10. New York Cheesecake.

11. My Eggplant Parmesan (NOT a low fat recipe)

Nutella, chocolate covered chips and pretzels and raw cookie dough! Today I almost bought some nutella, but I than I thought about the other times I bought that evil stuff and I decided to put it back and run!

I'm craving peanuts and dark chocolate. 

But I'm allergic to peanuts -- so that's really bad for ME!
