How can i motivate myself to run further and faster?
Mental block... you just have to push past it. You can change up the route but a new one can slow you down sometimes (least I know with a new course I do) or maybe run the route in reverse. This way you know the way and you can't be tired at that same spot if it's in the beginning of the run vs the end.
if you listen to music, add another two songs.....
I'm doing a couch to 5K program with this "intervals" program:
http://www.djsteveboy.com/intervals.html
For people who are already runners, it can be used to increase intensity during the "up" times (when you hear the tone) and go back to your regular intensity during the "down" times. I run on the "up" segments and walk on the "down" segments but it is designed for anyone who wants to increase their level of training/intensity, according to the intro.

is it...........??????? Too often people blame a person's psychological state, when there are so many factors too consider.
Angel_21: Your post says alot "I run everyday....a certain route....always stop running at the same point" this to me is no surprise that you have trouble with your running. Try a different route, or a different pace for a week and come back. right now your body probably needs a new stimulus.
Also, what is your pre-run meal consist? Sugar can cause a big crash.

I run every day some days only for 40 mins. i have a certain route that i take. No matter how much energy i feel i have i always stop running and start walking at the same point in my run. Idont know why because sometimes im even tierd.lol any ideas how i can push myself more?
Make up a new route? Check out a site like http://mapmyrun.com, and see if you can trick yourself. :)

train for a race and use a free training plan to get ready!!
This might sound silly, but I do it on a lot of runs. When you get to that point in the run where you always walk, tell yourself that you'll run to the next telephone pole. You can even pretend that the pole is pulling you towards it. Then when you reach that pole, see if you can make it to the next one, and then the next one. Don't beat yourself up for walking, but try each day to make it one telephone pole further.
This is assuming you run on a street, but if not, then pick an object -- a tree, a rock, etc -- and use that instead. It helps to focus on something else besides just thinking about how badly you want to walk.
