what motivates you?
So I am a senior in college about to graduate in May & along with the new chapter I am about to start (a career) I want to also get to my goal weight: 140 (I am about 160).
I am going to the beach for Spring Break & as much as that is a motivater, I still have trouble making myself work out & not eat as much....
how do you constantly stay motivated....because i can definitely motivate myself for a few hours but then boredom or emotions can easily convince me that the chocolate cake or margarita is definitely worth it...HELP!!! i want to be healthy & happy!!!

My motivater is when I see my clothes fitting looser and also having a friend to exercise with....expecially one who has short legs like me so I'm not running to catch up with her...lol
