Got Motivation?
Hi
I had such a difficult time staying motivated while on plateau. Its so hard to go forward without standing on the scale and seeing weight loss during this period. I began to eat more frequent meals and amazingly the weight started to come off again. Weird that I had to eat more to lose more. Changing your eating schedule makes all the difference by firing up your metabolism and burning fat. Think of it like a fire... you have to add wood to get the fire to continue burning... your body is the same. Find a healthy diet plan and exercise... guaranteed the fat will come off.
I also used a tape measure for motivation. I would measure myself once a week and the results would keep me moving forward.
Just think of what you would like to see in the mirror and commit!!

I also started measuring myslef once every 2 weeks to see my progress.
