Today when I got dressed as came down stairs and without any asking my husband said "wow, you look gorgeous-yiou look stunning in that dress"
now this is someone who finds it really hard to say anything nice about what I wear he finds it really difficult to tell me he loves me (he does though) and after being married for 27 years he thinks I look stunning
that is just what I needed to hear to keep me to my healthy eating plan
anyone else had any motivating comments/experiences lately

a while back a girl at school came up to me, and asked me how i lost all the weight (it was only 15 pounds, but it came off all the right places), she wanted advice, she was trying to lose 5 pounds. It made me feel awesome.
