I do enjoy working out. I have time for it. I just can't get myself to do it! I'll soon have a gym at my apartment complex so that'll help, but otherwise when it comes to either surfing the net or chatting on the phone or hitting a treadmill or doing a workout video, the sofa always wins.

I'll get in phases where I go to the gym several times a week, but that never lasts longer than a month. My schedule at work is a rotating one, so it's hard to get in a regular routine, but I know I have time still.

Any tips on getting going and keeping moving?
