Hi, I am new to the site and have a question about motivation while sick. I started about 2 weeks agoe and have lost about 3 lbs. While it's not much, it's enough to keep me going, except that right now I am sick. It's very difficult to motivate myself to excercise when I am sick so I end up sitting aroung. Also, I tend to eat for comfort and do this also when I'm sick. Although my weight loss is rather small so far, I don't want gain it back I want to keep going because it is also very easy for me to get discouraged when I gain weight back. Any suggestions?

Don't quit the diet. Keep up the water. Eat healthy foods. Let the exercise go while you are sick. You need your rest!
