I try to really remind myself of this quote when wanting to eat more than one slice of cake or something: "Do not give up what you want most for what you want at the moment." - Scott P. Smith

What are some words or quotes that help you stay motivational during your weight loss experience?

"Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!"
Hmm.. I don't like those words, carie87. No, hear me out.
Lots of things taste as good as thin feel. Chocolate for one. Chicken Wings. They taste good. REAL good. :)
Also, I think that statement tends to be about reminding oneself to eat too little. I think that's why so many pro-ED people use it.

Lots of things taste GOOD. there's nothing wrong with that. They can be enjoyed.. in moderation. :) Occasionally. :) And you can still be thin. :)
very true hk!

Last night I found deep meaning and wisdom in the words of Natasha Bedingfield. Don't mock me. ;)
