k im starting a sort of challenge for all bingers, doesnt have to be serious binging, just any hard to control overeating- i no that when i just wanna eat even tho im not hungry at all and cant stop myself, the best thing for me is MOUTHWASH! tooootally gets rid of cravings... anyways, my problem is that the hardest part is getting myself to actually use mouthwash when i really just wanna keep eating...

the challenge is: who can succeed longest in using mouthwash when the urge to binge comes on! doesn't matter if u actually do binge after that (i only say this because generally u dont- at least i know that i personally and a lot of other people i no have no cravings after mouthwash cuz nothing tastes nearly as good when ur mouth is soo minty clean) but u have to have used mouthwash first... i need help with this so anyone wanna join me?
