at last a loss.Last week I put on 3lb but this week I have mananged to lose3.5.I am so pleased beginning to wonder what i was doing wrong.
It has been so hot here in the uk last week that fruit was the main thing i ate and tonnes of water.I also cut out tea this last week which I hope has helped.
It has given me the boost i so needed and hope it will last.
I also drank loads of water with JIF lemon/lime in it to give it a bit of taste (hope that was ok as it is pure lemon and lime in a bottle,not sure what it is called in US).
Well hope you all have a good weeek too and this site is still fantastic

fruit is really great stuff but I hope that wasn't all you ate - fruit has very little protein, for one thing. Congrats on the weight loss!
oh no i ate my weetabix for breakfast fruit and yoghurt for lunch then either a salad or meal for tea.
I don't think i could just survive on fruit love my food too much for that
That sounds better. It's still not much protein - the only high-protein item you've mentioned is the yogurt. Do you eat meat or fish?
