Moving Toward Unassisted Pull-Ups
Today was Week 2 of Round 2, Legs & Back. Managed a total of 34 unassisted pull-ups over the course of the entire disc (lost some energy for the repeat portion, of course), starting with 7 reverse-grip.
Couldn't even do one pull-up during the fit test in what seemed like such a long time ago in August, nor could I barely do two when I was a kid.
34 ! So Fabulous, congrats.....Crimson...WOWOWOW... I am in week 2 of classic, I did Lean (finished!) back June-Aug.. did P90 and turbo jam Sept-Oct.. now back to p90... I am totally useless on the bar.. I don't have easy access to one, so I did the bands during the first round and it was great... but I must say... I would love that macho feel of pulling up again...
I too feel stronger and stronger... seen mostly through push ups.. and have actually come to ENJOY them... that's big news for me...
SO.. I am off to do plyo today...
