I would like to know this too because I cant find any good ones.
i use the kind that you actually fit around your ear and they stay on through practically anything. they look a little goofy though.
if you're running outside, make sure you don't get the ones that block external sounds. you need to hear what's going on around you.
mine always pop out too... i spend most of my exercise trying to make them stay in!
Yes I found some!! They are made by Sony. They go in your ears farther, and they have these rubber things on them that are removable, and it comes with three different sizes of rubber things so that you can pick the size that fits your ears.
If you get this type, I suggest you clean out your ears before using them.

I bought some Sennheiser sport headphones for my iPod a few months ago. They stay in great, and the sound is excellent.
I use these ones called Gummies. They are a lot better and they stay in. I got them at Walmart for $9.99. They are sort of Gummy or rubby, so they form to the ear. I run with them and it works for me. Also sounds pretty good
Here are links to two companies that sell audiophile quality "in ear" earbuds. As with home stereos, if you want to hear quality sound coming out of your iPod you should invest in quality ear buds.
Shure
Etymotic
You can't go wrong with any model that these companies sell. Buy the best model you can afford and give yourself a little time to get used to wearing "in ear" earbuds.

I have some that have a piece that goes behind the ear. They stay in quite a bit more. You can get some like it at Wal Mart or any electronics store.
this is what i use:

you can get them at staples
I find that i cant use the regular ipod ones... they wont even fit in my ear cuz it's big!
these ones are tinier and fit inside the ear. they come with different size rubber ear things, so chances one of them will fit.
I go running with these and have no problem... but i run in a park, and since these are rubber and block out noise, you may want to be careful with them outside..

I've found that mine wear always pulled out by my workout, as the cord was always shifting and tugging at the earpeice. I solved it by running the cord under my shirt and bra, letting, umm... the girls, hold down the wire. It works like a charm.
Apologies to the men, I'm not sure I would have a recomendation for you.
