what are your thoughts on taking these? Also, what about powerbars or any protein bars? obviously they have a ton of protein, but is it pointless being that I'm only allowed minimal exercise?

If you think your diet is lacking in variety or volume then a daily multivitamin with iron is a good safety-net. Proten bars and shakes aren't a bad way to get your calorie intake up. If you have the choice, it's always better to get your nutrition and calories from real foods.

I think I am going to try vitamins just for awhile and see if I notice any difference. Do you think the one a day womans tablets are a suitable choice?
