Hello all. Do any of you add multivitamins or supplements to your food log for daily intake? Thanks!

I would like to see some answers to this too. I've been thinking about it but I've been too lazy to put them in. It's probably a good idea.

I don't, though what I take, Emergen-C has some sugar and salt in it. I've thought about it but I don't take it every day and it's so minimal. It's more of a boost because it contains the vitamins I'm getting in food already.
I log my protein powder because it's protein and I take it with juice.
I take centrum every day and have never logged it. I agree with mrsdagle's logging of protein powder, though.
I don't log my daily multi-vitamin that I take. I do log my metamucil since that is 20 calories and fiber (which I never seem to get enough of) and when I take a protein powder (2-3 times a week) I log that as well because it's a lot of protein and more than a few calories. When I look at my analysis I mentally add in the multi-vitamin to the totals. They aren't tallied up for the week or month so I just try to scan them to see the "trend" .
I log my multivitamins and calcium supplements to track my vitamin nutrition. Omega 3 supplements have calories, so they should be logged.
I log them to log my vitamin and nutritional intake, but not for calorie counting.
I take gnc's Womens multivitamin, its the best around. You take 2 big green capsules a day. Its far "lamer" than when I tried it with Ephedra but it was too much then, The hydroxycut will make you more energized, less hungry, more poopy, lol. You HAVE to take a multivitamin with it and drink a TON of water.
Is my sodium intake too low?
You have nothing to worry about because sodium deficiency is extremely rare. In fact, there is not even an recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA... Read more
