I have a bad case of the munchies today! I have eaten 700 calories and I haven't even had dinner yet! Yikes, usually before dinner I'm at 550! What do you do when you just want to eat? Its 3:00 here...

I wouldn't chew on ice. I've read a couple of times on numerous occasions (I can't remember where, sorry) that it damages your teeth.
Perhaps you could chew some gum instead, in addition to the celery sticks and baby carrots as pgm012197 suggested. :)

then i would def suggest air popped popcorn, not too bad, or carrots with peanut butter, but just a little. not extremely low cal stuff, but low enough to justify and it takes long to eat so you feel more filled up (if that makes any sense)
I had my calories already today and have not had dinner yet. When I do this I eat a very light dinner. Such as egg whites with amy's organic spaghetti sauce and spinach or light mixed green salad. Protein and veggies low in carbs.
How many Calories do you eat a day? If you normally have 550 without dinner then you must have a BIG dinner or your not eating enough . i know people hate these responce of people telling them they arent eating enough but seriously . in the long run you will thank those people because i was one of the people hating it for sure when someone said something to me
