I don't have trouble developing muscles but my fat still hangs around. Does this mean I have to work on the diet more? Arobic work out? Any thoughts? What ratio of weight lifting and arobic workout should I do?

What you need is plenty of cardio exercise. Cardio burns calories (and therefore, fat) faster than weight training does. All those muscles will help increase your metabolism, but you have to move them to get the real benefit. If you want to burn fat, start by moving the biggest muscle group-- your thighs. Your quads are the single largest group of muscles in your body, so you can get your heart pumping and those calories burning by walking, running, biking, or elliptical training. For added muscular endurance and calorie burning, try adding resistance by walking on an incline or increasing resistance on the elliptical.

Good luck!
Good info, Thanks!!
Doing cardio intervals will help too.  Go easy for a couple of minutes, and then push yourself for 1, go easy, push, etc throughout your workout.  Some cardio machines have programs for this, or you can do it walking (wlak then run, then walk, etc).
How many workout sessions a week and how long should I do cardio for a good amount of weight loss?
You need extra aerobic and cardio...adding  Pilates is always a wonderful idea as well.
