This group is member friendly and I will be monitoring forums to make sure that no question is answered in a demeaning manner (cause everyone was a beginner at some point asking the same things) and also target advanced trainers in an attempt to compare gains/routines/diets with an ultimate goal of assisting everyone in and even out of the group.
