Anyone got any goodness or beef with Muscle Milk?

my boyfriend drinks this stuff on occasion.  hes a big protein freak tho. He does work out.  Who knows :)  I'll stick to chicken for my protein.
I drink it every day!  It's excellent after a workout.  But get the Muscle Milk Lite...WAY fewer calories, and they taste just the same (if not better).  Lots of good protein, and they fill you up!  Perfect mid-morning snack.  My brother says they're the closest thing to steroids you can get, though...there's something in them that's not so great...but I've been drinking them for a while and have had no adverse reactions, so whatever!
my brother drinks these. he was in a bodybuilding show but hes not a body builder. I tried them once and they were pretty good!

I've used it for over a week now and have started seeing great results.  I actually hit a plateau and couldn't get past the 147 lb mark.  It  really helps curb cravings and gives you lots of energy.  Trista from the bachelor used it to lose 30 lbs after her baby (plus diet and exercise).  This morning I got on the scale and I was at 141.  The only change to my diet was muscle milk lite!  :)

Waste of money. Too much crud in it. The whey I use has half the calories and double the protein per scoop. I use Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder immediately after the gym.

Otherwise I eat real food. I guarantee you a piece of steak tastes better than muscle milk; has more nutritional value too.

hahaha it's funny you mentioned this...I saw it for the first time at my college's snack bar and had it real quick Tues morning on the way to class....it wasn't too bad and I found it pretty satisfying...

but it got me into an extremely embarasin situation...later on I was telling my friend I grabbed some "Man Milk" before class....HAHAHAHA
