Muscle Spasms - ouch!
For the last couple days, I have suffered big time with muscle spasms in my back. Last night was so bad, I resorted to taking a muscle relaxant just so I could get some sleep.
I recently joined Curves and I really like it but haven't gone for 4 days now because of these spasms and because of my work schedule.
I want to continue at Curves but will it make the spasms worse or better?

I've heard that potassium deficiency can cause muscle spasms. Eating more foods that are rich in potassium (like bananas) might help.
I eat bananas almost every day but I admit I have no idea what my potassium level is.
Follow the others' advice and you also may need to up your water.
