hey everyone...

im building muscle and i dont knwo if that will help me loose weight or not.

i do a full body work out monday thru friday and on top of that i run monday thru frinday.

so will that help me loose weight and gain muscle??

It won't help you lose weigh, because muscle weighs more that fat, but it will help you trim down, look better, and boost your metabolism.  I do kind-of the same work out, to build muscle and added running.  The main thing is to not get stuck in a rut of the same workouts keep your body guessing.

hi, if you want to build muscle you have to eat muscle that means protein. With every work out your muscle cells gets in some way "injured" so they have to repair their selfs and grow in size for next battle. You also have to let them rest to give them time to repair and build up faster and better. So my advise is eat properly, rest between sessions and try to work out different muscles different times not the whole body every day other wise all that sweat is wasting your muscles.
