Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

Makes 4 servings


4 pork chops 1/2 inch thick

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pound of pork chop
2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
Directions
  1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat; heat oil. Add pork chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chops aside. Pour off fat.

  2. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until chops are no longer pink.
