My daily favorites are: banana, apple, oatmeal, peppers, onions and fresh mushrooms.
During the workweek, I MUST have my morning cereal and midmorning granola/nutri-grain bar. That's about it...I usually try to mix it up :)
my breakfast....my Chocolate Mocha Chip Balance Bar. It's only 200 calories, but it fills me up enough for the morning.
Spinach. I crave the stuff and have to have some form of it everyday.
I was going to say coffee.. but then I realized that I don't EAT coffee. :)
strawberries
strawberries
i usually eat a Clif Bar or granola most mornings.
yeh vic dont count because then I woud have everyone telling me water and coffee. :)
Cliff bars are GREAT. They're about the only energy bar I've eaten that doesn't taste like sawdust and dog ass.
APPLES! I eat at least two per day. I love them.
Cereal. I just love cereal. Crunchy, sweet, and the kind I get is high-protein, high-fiber. Super satisfying. :D

something sweet, no chocolate. Just sweet like cake, or dessert of some kind.
peanut butter. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I need my daily fix of Trader Joe's almond, cashew and cranberry trail mix. Just 1/8 cup will do. It is soooo good.
There is no one thing. I try to have a variety so I don't get bored. I no longer have many cravings, I think because I'm getting adequate nutrition now.
So keep on with a good program. It pays off after about 6 months.

hmm, probably salad and whole wheat, no-sodium homemade bread. :) Maybe cereal or oatmeal.
I have to have my morning oatmeal, combined with fresh blueberries or strawberries, a banana sliced, a few walnuts, a spoonfull of flax seed all mixed with a light vanilla or banana cream yogurt.
