Can anyone out here tell me how to get skinnier??

 

My friends keep telling me to stop going on a stupid diet. They're saying it's bad for me and I'll get fatter.  

I'm 5"2 and 103 pounds. I know I'm not fat, so please don't yell at me, I get that enough from my friends. >__<

Very sorry if I am offending anybody, but I'd just like to know if there is anyway I can be as skinny as say....

Her. Yeah my ideal body.  Errrr....I'm slightly muscled, and my legs feel fatty. >> But my friends say they aren't fat, but it feels too muscled. Anyway to slim it down??

please please don't diet...i am 5' 3'', and would jump for joy if i was 103...

anyway, have you ever tried pilates?  it is so great at toning muscles and just making everything tighter...i know several people who have done pilates and didn't lose weight, but really slimmed down.  i did some this morning, and my stomach muscles are still feeling it...if you're not used to exercising, definitely start at a beginner level, but even at that you will notice a difference in a couple weeks...

I agree with pilates. It's great! It tones every part of your body and it really does help to slim down.

I play badminton about 3-4 times a week...but I really don't like the leg muscles I get from it. And I don't like my shoulders...and I think my arm is a bit too muscled. >.<

 

Pilates? I don't know how...send me a site!! 

Why don't you focus on being healthy other than 'skinny.'

If your legs feel fat- go to the gym and do some weight training and try to run a little more. Pilates is also a great way to get lean muscle.

Also, if you want to feel healthier and better about yourself, try eating healthier foods. Don't limit yourself though. If there is a special treat you like, let yourself enjoy that from time to time.

 Healthy is way better than skinny any day.

You are at the lowest point of your healthy weight range as it is.  Trust me, I am 5' 2" and I'm trying to be the weight that you are.  If you feel fat it's probably because you're not toned up.  How active are you?  Try doing some strength training and some cardio to burn fat, and you'll probably feel much better about your appearance without having to "diet" and lose weight.

You say you know you're not fat, yet the title of your post is "must be skinny".

You don't need to lose weight-what you need is to gain muscle. That will make you slimmer. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you plan on gaining muscle you must plan also on gaining weight. I'd suggest not weighing yourself anymore.

Well done to you, but i think you are already thin.

I'm 5'2, 120 lb. I would love to be that thin, however that is a borderline .... could also be seen as 'skinny' or 'unhealthy'.

You're pretty young. Your curves haven't even really developed yet! What you look like now will not be what you look like when you're 21.

BUt I alreay have muscles,  and I don't really wanna gain anymore. I want to be leeeannnn...like thin, but with muscles at the same time.

I see like women that kinda look strong but are kinda not-skinny at the same time. And I'm afraid I'm gonna turn out like that....><

Well 1 your links are not working (at least not for me). 2 your already thin. 3 for a more toned lean look check out pilates etc. Those will tone tight look. 4 Most women don't natural bulk up like you described. Some do but most of the women you see with bulkier muscles really worked for them.

Meh...thats not me in my picturee...her name is Ichikawa Haruki and she is my body-image-person-idol. =D Shes so awesome.

 I don't want to be skinny to the point of danger. BUT I KNOW I'm not at that point yet. I think I know when to stop. I probably just won't know how. Eh..thats what my friend are for. They are so pissed at me..!! ahaha

 Even at 5'2 you are 103 lbs you are thin.  You are an ideal weight as is. If you are wanting a tighter leaner look you need to tone up. Not diet or lose weight tone. Look into pilates to get a tighter leaner look without losing any more weight.
