Spicy mustard sauce for use on various fish dishes

Ingredients
1/2 cup (125ml) yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 Mix well and heat on boiling water for 15 minutes
1 tbsp mustard, hot
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and egg yolk

  2. Heat over boiling water (bain-marie) for 15 minutes

  3. Add mustard

  4. Add pepper to taste
