| 1/2 | cup (125ml) yogurt |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 1 | Mix well and heat on boiling water for 15 minutes |
| 1 | tbsp mustard, hot |
| 1 | pepper |
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice and egg yolk
- Heat over boiling water (bain-marie) for 15 minutes
- Add mustard
- Add pepper to taste
