Yay!!! Playergirl it sounds like you are doing great maintaining. I just checked my weight log and I've been in a maintaining mode for about a month, but I've lost 3 lbs. I'm ok with that but realise I have to eat a bit more everyday, especially when I burn more calories exercising. Right now I guess I'm would be happy to have my weight fluctuate up and down in the 3 lb range.
I've had a few indulgences, some veggie pizza, light on the cheese, thin crust--that was great, and no harm done. Also a few rum and diet cokes, and some sorbet.
I like adding things like pinenuts, a bit of cheese (lowfat), and maybe some avocado. Also have been less stingy with the almond butter. Right now I'm eating between 1,500 and 1,600 calories a day. I think my metabolism is still cranking from the diet days.
Anyway I love eating healthy and this is a great thread :)

Glad to read your update playergirl. Thanks to you I've added in the morning jog for 15 minutes, not everyday, but maybe every other, have done it 3 times now. It burns 100 calories, just like that.
Been maintaining this week at about 1,700 calories depending on the exercise. This week I'm over my cold, so I'm exercising more, so I try to eat more too. Minor problem has been thinking up new healthy stuff to eat. The bag of red potatos has helped, easy to throw in the micro and top with cottage cheese, hummus, or chili.
I notice from my food log that I'm no longer eating alot of things I used to eat everyday, having moved on. It's been good to go back and have a look and add those things back in. Variety is important to me. I hope I can keep up the momentum and stick with the exercise and healthy eating :)
