Quick and Easy Chicken Salad
| 1 | cup lettuce, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup onion, sliced |
| 1/2 | tomato, chopped |
| 1/4 | green pepper, sliced |
| 1 | chicken breast, grilled, cooled and roughly chopped |
| 2 | tbsp salad dressing, thousand island |
- Place lettuce, onion, tomato and green pepper in a single serving bowl and toss.
- Scatter the chicken pieces over the salad ingredients and top with the salad dressing.
