How can I keep myself from snacking?

Hello to the people of this group!


I really need some help on how to keep myself from snacking. I used to maintain my food intake VERY well last year, but now it's just out of control. I'm packing up the fat on my stomach, and I eat almost everything I see!! It's not like I'm always hungry, but I just love food so much :'(. Can someone give me some tips?

I can't give you any tips but I am the exact same way, i eat and snack when im not even hingry. Im lucky enough to not have any fat building up yet, but im sure if i keep it up i'll get there. I can't really even go in the kitchen becasue ill just look, and eat it. Try not to but I ignore my own warnings. Really annoying actually.
