so far i have lost 44 pounds on my way to a goal around 150 (depending on how it looks and feels)  from a  start weight of 210.

good job!!

i can see now why people are shocked when they see how heavy i am if i looked 20 pounds lighter for real.

now it all makes sense :) i thought they were just being nice~
