Have you ever ordered the unlisted items from any fast-food restaurant?

In-N-Out burger has a couple: The Flying Dutchman, The Neopolitan, Animal-Style Fries.

McD's: Two Cheeseburger's Meal

Dairy Queen: Mud-pie Blizzard.

Starbucks: Red eye, Black Eye

These are just a few.

What other hidden meals do you know about?And what is the reaction you get when you ask for one of them?

In-N-Out actually has a WHOLE bunch of things I can think of off the top of my head:

Fries Well-Done

You can pretty much order anything they can make with the ingredients there. :)

My drummer told me you can oreder a Mc Gangbang  at any Mc Donalds, two cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich all put together on one bun. But I can't imagine why anyone on CC would actually do this.

in n out has a veggies burger? is it just lettuce and tomatoes and pickles or a veggie patty?

Dairy Queen actually has a TON of blizzards that aren't listed. A friend of mine used to work there.
