lol, yes, fluff is technically low-cal because it's just sugar- sounds odd, right?

Anyway, everyday I eat egg whites in some way shape or form. yummm.
Also, apples are an every day thing, & yogurt as well.
Then the veggies are varied, & lately I've been having fish almost every day too.
I have no problem at all eating the exact same thing every day if it's delicious =]

tip 1. stay away from the sugars etc, simple carbohydrates are considered "dirty" whereas complex carbs are considered "clean"

a half cup of oatmeal is a great 150 cal clean filler, I suggest it.

You will most deffinetly lose more weight by switching to "clean" dieting simply because A, its healthier, B, complex carbohydrates are hard for your body to break down, thus your body actually burns calories by breaking them down essentially boosting your metabolism. Simple sugars like fructose, glucose, or any other -ose out there is very efficiently turned into energy/bodyfat.

Also, don't be scared about fat. Fat is good. my diet is 60% fat. monounsaturated and polyunsaturated lower youre bad cholesterol and keep you healthy. the only difference is you get more volume from carbs and protein as their 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram. but remember, dietary fat =/= body fat.

Also, sugar free jello is your friend, very filling with 20 cals for an entire package all cals being uncomplete protein..but still protein.

Egg whites! 60 calories in half a cup :D

carrots

apples

cherry tomatoes

dannon light n fit yogurt, fat free of course

salad! with balsamic vinegar or other low cal dressing

tofu...well not exactly "low cal" but it tastes good and doesn't have a horrid amount of fat..

I always consider oatmeal relatively highish in calories..i mean its healthy i suppose but still...maybe i'm just being weird.

try it like this:

1/2 cup of PLAIN quaker oatmeal (can be quick style doesnt matter)

dumb that in a bowl, add a bit of water, microwave 1 minute, pull out, stir for 20 seconds, add more water, microwave another minute, pull it out, stir, add a ton of cinnomen, a tiny bit more water, put it in for another 20 if you like it doughy, then add on a packet of splenda and enjoy a full stomach with 150 measly calories :)

i love to have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and usually i will have it with either honey for the tea or flavored diet creamer, the creamer is sweet enough to not need sugar and it tastes so yummy!

i love having a weight watchers bagel with some smartbalance spread on it or weight control oatmeal or a bowl of special k in the mornings.

for lunch i usually have some sort of veggie like mushrooms or tomatoes or cucumbers and i make chicken salad with light mayo and a spice it up with some garlic powder and ground mustard(weird i know but its delicious!) other times if i had a late breakfast i will just have a veggie or a fruit like strawberries or bananas and maybe a light yogurt.

dinner i usually splurge a little and have some pasta or grilled chicken breast or i will have a lean cuisine panini.  they are so yummy and filling and the one i like is only 220 calories!

night time snacks are where i run into trouble, i like to snack at night because i'm a night owl and stay up late but i try to keep my mind off it and if i get a craving i ignore it for 30 minutes to an hour and then i sometimes give in if i still want it.  i love low cal frozen yogurt and those klondike slimabears are yummy.  i also have cliff bars, smartpop mini bags, a small piece of dark chocolate, or some yogurt sometimes at night

Hey, so I keep on hearing all this hype about how delicious greek yogurt is, but I have never seen it before! Can you just get it at safeway or albertsons? Maybe I have just not looked carefully enough~!
