cowcow:
from my knowledge, I have not seen Greek yoghurt being sold at Albertson's or Safeway...except for this past week Safeway had some in their organic/healthy section made by a company named Voskos...
But I usually buy my Greek Yoghurt at either Trader Joes, Whole Foods, or other more specialised grocery stores :)...its sometimes expensive- like at Whole Foods, one 7oz container of Fage Greek Yoghurt runs for about $2+, but now Costco has huge 32oz containers of the Fage nonfat for like $6 or something so thats a better deal :)
Greek yogurt..... Target used to have it and they stopped about month ago. I miss it. Good place to look Whole Foods, that's right.
Greek yogurt with Fiber One - night snack
homemade smoothies - any time
Whole wheat English muffin with dab of cream cheese and low sugar jam - snack or lunch
red peppers - snack
green giant steam veggies (Healthy Weight one is good) - lunch
lower sugar instant oatmeal peaches or strawberries and cream - breakfast
All these things fill me up and I do not feel hungry for some reason.... so in the most desperate times I limit myself to these favorites.
Apples, carrots, celery, broccoli, Special K bars, 100 calorie cookie packs...not healthy but I crave cookies, quaker low sugar apple and cinnamon oatmeal(also helps stop sweet cravings), rice cakes, grapes, and low cal pop corn packs
Frozen green seedless grapes (OMG! Soooo good!)
Those are the best - anyone who hasn't tried doesn't know what the words "delicious, guilt free, and healthy snack" mean.
Other things: tuna snacks, apples, oranges (which are simple carbohydrates, by the way), pistachio nuts in the shell (takes time to eat them), yoghurt cups, low fat cottage cheese with raisins and cinnamon that has had a day to blend flavours, poached eggs with salsa
i have different foods every day. but as a snack i always eat carrots. they are low in cals. : )
I'm obsessed with Light N Fit 0% Fat Plus yogurt. It tastes AMAZING, as well as the fact that it doesn't have any fat and it comes with added nutrients!
I also love strawberries, I could eat them for the rest of my life.
Oatmeal
Eggs
Turkey Lunch Meat
Apples
Baby Carrots
Brocolli
Other Veggies and sorts
Occasional Fat-free Frozen yogurt...bout 90cals per 1/2 cup
Our Wal-Mart recently started stocking greek yogurt, its in a white squatty tub with the other yogurts. Haven't tried it yet but will have to now.
My favorites:
Dannon yogurt with strawberries/bananas
Salad with lots of veggies and 1/2 a can of tuna, salsa for dressing
snap peas, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes
Light english muffin (100 Cal) with hummus
Luna bar and fruit (for lunch)
Sara Lee light and delicious bread (45 cal per slice)
Naked green machine or Mango smoothie for breakfast
shrimp, tuna, chcken, tilapia

Everyday? Well, my diet kinda changes depending on when my parents buy food, but if I have it, I'll eat:
- Lentils
- Black Beans
- Cereal
- Peanut Butter (Now, it's still pretty high cal, but if you have half of one serving, it's not that bad..)
- Whole Wheat Bread
- Baby Carrots
- Bananas
- Yoguuurrt. I'm in love with Kroger's light yogurt. +_+ Not the best, especially in terms of sugar, but dang it's so good. Only 80 calories, too!
