Name the low cal foods you eat everyday!
Mine are:
Carrots/peppers
WASA crackers
Watermelon, well i have been for a week or so
MARSHMALLOW FLUFF
-screams- i love this stuff! i go through a jar in a couple days
anyone else?
Staples-
- Homemade Pancakes/Waffles
- Plain soy milk
- Vanilla Almond Milk
- Porridge/Oatmeal
- Cherry Tomatos
- Blueberries
- Soy mixed berry yogurt
- Popcorn topped off with Nutrional Yeast
- Homemade veggie patties
- Homemade Smoothies
Apples
LOLLIPOPS (they're about 50 cals and you can suck on them forever...)
PLUMS (only 30 cals! and fills you right up)
Frozen yogurt
whole wheat breat / white bread (they're okay.. around 70 a slice)
watermelon
nature valley crunchy granola bars
grapes
pop corn
100 calorie pack oreos
but out of all these snacks, my personal favorite has to be KUDOS BARS!!!! make sure to get variety pack, which has chocolate chip, m&m and snickers flavor and they're ONLY 100 CALORIES.it's heaven :)
Baby carrots with spray salad dressing
Sliced apples with peanut butter dip
Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding (Cheesecake flavor is the best !)
Kettled Popped Popcorn
Nature Valley peanut butter granola bars
Chex mix (the 60% less fat kind)
Vanilla/ Chocolate Mini Meringues
Sugar Free Angel Food cake (110 calories for a 1/4 of a cake!)
I don't snack on this everyday (thankfully) but the entire Regular Size Three Musketeers Dark Chocolate Mint bars are only 150 calories each! They're sinfully good and I love to grab one on my way out of the grocery store on occasion.
Has anyone else noticed this, or did I read the label wrong?

I eat special K every morning. I go crazy when I run out or I'm somewhere and I can't get any. That and cuties ( the mini tangerines ) I eat at least 3 everyday when they are in season.
Egg Whites, Pumpkin, Eggs, Asparagus, Broccoli, Yam Noodles, Energy Drinks (zero calorie), Orbit Gum, Onions, Garlic, Bell Peppers, Green Beans, Mushrooms, Sparkling Water, Cabbage, Spinach, Seaweed, Tomatoes & Cinnamon
Quinoa, oatmeal, homemade granola bars, plain yogurt, beans, steamed veggies, egg whites

Yes, it is very good. It comes in a powdered form. You just add water. I make some ahead and keep it in the refrigerator. It is just all natural peanuts. Very good.

- light n' fit yogurt
- i'm a sucker for the 100 Calorie Packs - but I admit some of them are a little ridiculous (twix bars.. i mean i love them, but come on)
- i do recommend the 100 Cal Pack of White Cheddar Popcorn because that's the kind of thing i crave every once in a while but cannot control the portion myself (i could seriously eat the whole bag if given the chance)
- carrots with hummus
- salad
- pickles
- diet coke (i've seriously cut back but i still have it with dinner)
- green beans
- the weight watchers fudge pops (cures my chocolate craving)
- another yummy trick is graham crackers with light cool whip (put those bad boys in the freezer, you'll almost believe it's an icecream sandwich)
i eat all kinds of fruits mostly bananas, apples, WATERMelon,peaches, grapes,strawberriies, berries, and many more.. i dont like grapefruit..
i eat vetables
i like airpoped popcorn, sweetpotatoes, sugar free jello,
i eat all low calorie and lowfat foods every day.. i eat 1200 calories
i like the 80 calories non fat yogart.. i drink nesquick no sugar add powerd with water.. my sugar free hot chocolate.. i drink skim milk too.. i dont eat red meat.. i eat delie turky meat.. low fat.. 20 calories.. i eat naters own whole wheat bread which has 50 cal per slice.. very healthy stuff
