4/5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
1 tsp Butter
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 leg, bone removed Chicken, Leg
1 1/2 serving Organic Cooking Stock
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for nasi ayam

boil and then roast chicken. keep stock. melt butter and oil in saucepan, add ginger, garlic and spices, fry for 1 minute. add rice and mix. add stock and simmer for 20 mins on low heat
