Nausea at night?
For the past few nights or so (maybe past 5 nights) I've been getting really naseous, but only at night. I have a naturally sensitive stomach and any heavy, creamy, or fried foods can make me sick so I stray away from them. I've been eating really light frequent meals (as that helps a lot with my stomach sensitivity) and I've been drinking lots of water and making sure that I'm getting enough nutrients each day.I have acid reflux and I suppose this could have something to do with that, but I know what that feels like so I've sort of ruled that out.
Do any of you experience anything like this or have any idea of what this could be?
If you have acid reflux it means you have a 'leaky valve' at the top of your stomach which is allowing acids to go back up into the throat. At night (when you're lying down?) this can become more apparent.
Some information on acid reflux that may help. http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/gastroesophageal -reflux-disease/Pages/Introduction.aspx If things don't improve then see your doctor.
I get this quite alot i have acis reflux and a hiatus hernia. i would advice you to see your doctor he will be able to help you to find what is causing it h x
I get this sometimes when I'm dehydrated. Are you drinking enough water in the afternoon? I used to work evenings, and I can't have beverages when I'm on the clock, so I would come home at like 1030 and feel sooooo sick, like about to puke. I realized I just need to chug water on my breaks haha.
You should probably see your doc if it persists, however I'm like ecwk6. I get this feeling when I'm dehydrated or pushing myself hard during a workout.
Try taking it easy, if it's still bad, make an appointment.
