Nausia
I didnt know if i should put this in another category, or this one.
But im feeling nautious, I cant describe it, i dont know if its hunger, but my stomach feels so strange. Kind of empty, queezy and shakey. I've eaten 2060 calories today, so i shouldnt be hungry. 2000 is my limit. I burned 643 cals at the gym today, and I weight trained for the first time in 2 weeks, dont know if that means anything.
But im afraid if i eat something, my weigh in tomorrow will reflect that negatively. Im not pregnant, constipated, started new medication or anything, i guzzled almost a gallon of water today. My stomach just feels like a gaping unstable, expanding, hole. It feels so strange, i cant ignore it, i want to purge to make the feeling go away, i dont know what it is. ![]()
I would eat some saltines but we dont have any, would eating something make it go away? Should i eat something? Or will that screw up my deficit? If so, what should i eat?
You might have worked too hard at the gym. I've found this happening to me lately--you just feel downright awful. Eating tends to help a little bit, namely dry/absorbent foods like bread, crackers...wont lie, even some candy/sugar will help. It'll probably go away in a few hours, but dont be surprised if you do happen to vomit. Try to work less hard at the gym-- I hate hate hate doing that, because I feel like its a workout wasted if I dont go hard (bad logic, I know), but in the end I've tried to keep my heart rate below 170 instead of having it shoot up over 180. It really tends to help. Slow down on your drinking, have a piece of toast and see if you feel any better.

I really do feel aweful, like utter crap. I feel hungry/sick. i havnt worked cardio like that in 12 days. lol i do feel like vomiting, but i dont think its a good idea. I've been feeling like this since around 7 p.m, its not 12.30 a.m.
I ate, and i still feel like this :(
I feel like im gonna die. haha
Its not like i can go to bed, because my pangs keep me from sleeping, i have to get up at 7, and i have to stay awake, it helps the queeziness a little.
How come I’m not losing weight?
Your workout routine is commendable but you are eating too many calories to lose weight. 1500-1700 calories a day is more like a maintenance... Read more
