After nearly 4 weeks, the transformation is amazing
I am so thankful to google for discovering this excellent website
In only 3.5 weeks I feel like a different person, 10 Pounds lighter and an overall feeling of fitness.
I reduced my calorie intake from 2400+ to about 1700 a day and started walking every other day for 40 minutes very briskly ( at 4.00 mph ) I have also Ab excercises , started leg raises twice a day ( 10 reps ) i lift my legs whilst lying flat chest up and slowly raise my legs about 6-10 inches and slowly bring them down. I have now incorporated a light weight training program 20 minutes to tone up too. Its not easy but i have now got into the flow of it
My target is to lose a total of 17 Lbs before end November this year and i think I am ahead of where I should be thanks to this excellent website
