Hi! I am a very active (6 days a week) 30ish woman. I have a reoccurring stress fracture in my foot but more importantly I have severe muscle spasms in my upper back and neck. I find myself stuck doing the same couple of abdominal exercises as well as cardio because everything else I try hurts! I have done the whole MRI, PT, Chiropractor route as well as massage and trigger point injections. The injections help but nothing else did/has. I have also researched vitamins and holistic things but there are so many different opinions on the internet so I am just plain confused and at the end of my rope. Help! Jenny-
