I need an Accountability Partner

Quote  |  Reply

I'm 41 and 4'11.  I'm fit and healthy, but need to lose at least 10lbs for health and up to 17lbs if shooting for vanity.  Not a lot, but it does not come off easily.  I'm already very active; I lift, have an eliptical at home, and teach Spinning.  My BIGGEST issue is food.  We all know that 90% of weight loss is what you put in your mouth.  I do notice that when I stop entering my foods on Calorie Count or on paper is when I over eat.  I'm an emotional eater.  I eat for every emotion.  I want to plan my meals, but don't.  I need a partner that I can hook up with every day to remind me and to keep me coming back.  I'm trying to follow the Instinct Diet, which I like.  It's being prepared and planning and being held accountable.  Anyone up to the task?

id love to buddy up. i am also an emotional eater. (which im starting to get under control now that i know) im 23 5'5 and need to lose about 30lbs my current weight is 165.4. so its not ridiculous. i just hope to lose it by the end of may which is very reasonable.

i am the same way with logging cals. as long as im diligent i dont have a problem.

i usually make a menus for each day the night before, and plan dinners out for the week, i find it makes everything a lot easier- it also allows me to make sure im getting adequate fruits/veggies/nutrients that i need.
