Ok, so I was on a healthy weight until I went on vacations for a month. since they were vacations, I kinda gave my self too much freedom, and gained 4 kilos that I now have to lose.

my question is, i I stay under my daily calorie intake, but still eat a cookie or two and cereal, will I still lose weight? will my extra fat still go away? cause its my butt the one that gets bigger when i gaina weight, and it slis down when i lose weight, but will it still slim down if i'm eating cookies and such?

As long as you stick to your caloric allowance, one or two cookies won't keep you from losing. Just drink Lots and lots of water, do some cardio exercise and remember - EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!!!

Good Luck!

I always gain a few pounds while on vacation, it's normal.  As long as you watch how many calories and fat you consume, you should be fine.  I know that if I try to restrict all the good stuff from my diet, I loose a few pounds at first, but then gain it right back because it's not a realistic choice that I can stick with.

You will still lose weight if you eat cookies but it will slow you down. Not all calories are the same. It would be better and you would lose weight faster if you were getting those calories from vegetables or another, whole grain type of carb. You should probably keep the cookies limited to once or twice a week, not every day.
