NEED ADVICE on what to eat
there is this really cool restaurant close to where I live that my boyfriend has been wanting to go to. It's really cheap but still very elegant. I'm excited to go with him but I HAVE NO IDEA what to chose to eat without going over on my calories.

Sautee = fried in butter. Not so good if you're watching calories. If that's really what you want, be sure to ask for a to go box, with your dinner. Ask for grilled chicken, not sauteed, and divide it - at least - in half so you won't be tempted to eat more than you should.
On the other hand, the Chicken or Veggie Paella might be a better choice if you're careful with your rice serving and ask for grilled chicken.

I would go for the first calamari - the one that's grilled, or the scallops. If that's not enough get a garden salad or the roasted vegetables as a side.
yeah, i donteat calamari, but thanks for your advice. They dont seem to have anything grilled. I dont want anything sauteed then, how about marinated? I dont know. There arent too many options..dont know what todo..
go to the gym beforehand and treat it as a treat day :) Enjoy the night w/ your boyf. Its about being sensible, not cal counting - dont be a pig, and you wont be fat like one!
Curry could have cocnut milk. i doubt they'd use skim.
Chicken Albondigas could be ok - just ask no oil.
Do you like gazpacho? Its a good filler. Have iwth a salad maybe.
