okay ive been playing football for 4 years in high school and even though football season has ended i was nominated to play in the all-star game but the only problem is, i play center and during the season i was weighing at 280 and now ive dropped to 222 pounds... i need to gain around 5-10 pounds of muscle so i can do well during this game. the game is in 2 months.... my question is how do i make sure the weight i gain is all muscle?
