Need some advice about my running buddy and I...
Ok so one of my friends asked if I could jog up to his place everyday when I'm out for my daily run so we can be jogging buddies. I usually run him back to his house after he's finished and continue to stay out running for another 30 mins after that. The problem is that he's a good deal heavier than me and less inshape and I feel like he's a little bit more self concious that I'm smaller and that I do do a lot more running than he does. Do you guys have any tips on how I can get it so that I don't like "flaunt" (not sure those r the rite words) or "show off" the fact that I am smaller. Because I really don't want him to feel bad and stuff so yea...

Hrm. This is interesting. I'm not a runner, and the few times I have tried to run with friends, I've always been that bigger, slower jogging buddy. Aside from the obvious, not wearing super-tight showing-off clothing, I would recommend just being very supportive of him. Always tell him he did an awesome job that day. Take note if he is building up his endurance and congratulate him on it.
Running can be really frustrating when you're not good at it and when your running buddy is in better shape. Don't let him get down, and let him know how much you enjoy and appreciate his company.

mmk that helps a bit... There's kinda a problem thou cuz sometimes I have to wear my leotard for gymnastics when we're running cuz after I run him back to his house i have to run straight to my gym.... so idk how to work that out cuz it's very "show-offy" clothing.....
i think just encouraging him is enough. when im out with my friends running. i wear tights and i tshirt. Im fitter than them because i run alot and they realize that. so just the fact that u are out there running with him and engouraging him should be enough.
