need some advise on maintaining a reduced weight!!

    I just recently went from 120 to 110, through diet and exercise. Here's my dilema:
 When I search for sites that tell me my average expendature and allowance to maintain 110(such as this one), don't they assume your "not naturally 110" and that you came from a higher weight, thus maintaining a "reduced state."

Here's the question I have for all of you:
 Since I've also read that losing up to 10% or more of your body weight requires a 15-30% reduction in calories from a person naturally at your reduced weight should consume, how does this play into what sites (like this one) tell me about expendature, allowance, etc.? What should I listen to?

For example:
Various calculators tell me I should consume around 1350 (sedentary) and 1600 (moderatly active, which I am). I'm not naturally this weight, should I really be eating that much? Should I eat 15% less than these calorie levels just to maintain a reduced state, OR are these calculators correct, regardless if it's your natural weight or not?

If you read all that, I really appriciate it, and appriciate any advise you could give on this confusing subject!

The expenditure tool here on CC gives you the calories you need to maintain your current weight.  To lose you would deduct from this and to gain you'd add to it.

If you are younger than 18, you would need more calories to maintain, and you'd have to allow for normal growth.

Your profile says you are 5'6. 110 is underweight for that... 118 minimum for normal weight.  You shoud eat enough to weigh at least 118... how ever many calories that takes for you.

According to the Expenditure tool, you should be consuming 2,100 calories to maintain your weight because you say you are moderately active. The Expenditure calculator takes your BMI, age and activity level all into account in telling you how many calories to eat, so there's no need to reduce it by any percent. Where is the calculator that told you to eat 1350 calories?

Like Shiptona said, your BMI shows that you are underweight, and you seem to think that 1350 - 1600 calories is too much for you to eat...even though the calculator on this site tells you to eat 2100.

I know this isnt the advice you asked for, but the BMI guidelines were written by medical professionals to help people be healthy. Your body needs a certain amount of fat to keep your organs running. If you think the calorie reccommendations on this site are off, maybe you should see a nutritionist. They could help you establish a healthy diet and help you reach a healthy weight.
I wouldn't mind gaining some more weight. In fact, I've  been loading on the calories, just so I can get somewhere around maybe 112 or 113, so I can then worry about maintaining. It's just once I've gotten there bmi aside. (I used to be at 120, and I was perfectly fine, though apparently "underweight" which I didn't even know.)

Can I eat 1300 on the days that I'm sedentary, and like 15-1600 on days that I work out?

Intensity= moderate intensity 3 to 4 x a week max?

I am trying to maintain not LOSE.

Thanks for your replies everyone!
im having the same problem too. im trying to figure out how much i should eat on days i don't workout, i should i stay at the same caloric intake so i don't screw up my metabolism.
