winter break and the start of new classes has had me really off track with working out. i've been to the gym maybe three times in the past two weeks, and did one on demand work out. i'm just so tired all the time. mondays i wake up at 5:45, class 8:30-2, wednesdays and fridays class 8:30-2 and work 3-8:30, and tuesdays & thursdays class 2:30-4:20. i get really nauseous if i work out at night for some reason but i feel like i need to adjust. does anybody have any advice/motivation? HELP!

motivation, a hard tihng for me as I am lazy by nature

But I look at where I was where I am and where I want to be.  Excuses are easy to make, and is not hard to lose that motivation.

Another thing that keeps me motivated, is I dont want a bunch of loose saggy skin when I drop weight. And if that is not enough, I read where it has been proven, lead two causes of cancer is weight and lack of exercise. My way of doing my best so I don't become a cancer statistic

Do you live in a winter climate?  The reason I ask is because you sound like me last year.  Then someone told me to get a full-spectrum light.  They said they thought that I might have SAD.  Even though I didn't start using it until winter was half over it helped..

This year, I began my light therapy as soon as fall began.  I have double the energy I've ever had in winters past.  I have no problem with energy to workout.  I don't have the cravings I've had in past years for sugary foods etc.

Just a thought...
