I wish my problem was eating too little.
I was doing so well, until this last week... I have eaten fast food 3 times (burgers). I had a TON of tortellini (with creamy cheese sauce, sausages cut up, and peas mixed together) on Monday, then I had the leftovers for lunch. Plus I had an IceCapp from Timmys... god. Then yesterday I had chinese for dinner, and raspberry pie for dessert.
I gotta smarten up. Today started out good until i was sent to Subway to grab Breakfast sandwiches, at which time i bought 3 cookies, and ate half of each, for a grand total of 315 calories.. BLAH!
I just can't seem to get back on track...

I think we all have those times when we just fall off the wagon-- so to speak. One thing that works for me is to plan ahead. If you know that you're going to have fast food, decide where you will eat and WHAT you will order before you even set foot in the door. You will start to anticipate your lunch/dinner/whatever and look forward to the healthy choices you are going to make. And no matter what you eat, write it down. I've found that even when I make bad choices, if I self-monitor, I do better the next time.
Good luck!
Good luck!
I seem to enjoy my food much better and eat alot healthier if I plan ahead and look forward to what I am going to eat next. Think ahead a day or two if you have to and plan a few meals.
Chalk it up as a lesson learned. Don't beat yourself up about it but tell yourself you won't let that happen again...focus your attention on healthy foods.
Oh...and don't wish that your problem was eating too little. That is JUST as unhealthy.
