Hi everyone
I have been a member of calerie count since April this year. That's when I got engaged and started seriously losing weight. I was over weight by at least 45 kgs. I hired a personal trainer and started eating healthy (No dieting but no snacking). By the end of September (5 months) I had lost 18kg (40lbs).
Then I went back to my home country where my fiancee lives. Met everyone in my family and they are all very happy to see me 40lbs less. I still looked obese. But this wave of happiness and sense of achievement has been truning out to be a disaster for because since that trip, I have lost my motivation. I havent' been to gym for one month and completely stopped my healthy eating drive. Most of the times I try to find excuses not to go to gym including not feeling well and not having my car for a few weeks.
Its only 50 days to my wedding date and I am have put 6lbs back on. I feel so guilty when I not eating and thinking about all this. But when I am at my home back from work, the only thing that comes into my mind is eating and eating a lot. My breakfast and lunch are very healthy. its the dinner and evening snacks that are killing me.
can someone suggest something to get my motivation back. Any help would be much appreciated.
