do i need a better excuse?

hello: i have been using my asthma and cervical fusion ( bad car wreck) as my only needed excuse for not exercising for about 18 months. my bmi is now 33 and I'm almost 51. i have a rescue inhaler, but will i rescue me?  as well as my dog Harley,  it probably comes as no surprise he is BMI(istic) also.  I'm not denying I'm in denial--unfortunately i seem to be OK with it.  finally I'm starting to want to walk my dog--maybe tomorrow.
