Need a Buddy to help get back on track!
Hi! I recently had lost 15 lbs and maintained by goal weight for about 2 months before slowing gaining about 5 lbs. back on from all the baking I started doing on the weekends. I have the most trouble on the weekends staying focused on my priority - being thin - because my kids become my real priority. I know I can be good on the weekends too, because I have done it before...well, I need to start getting myself back in shape before I do any further damage!
I need someone that would like to correspond and we can share the details of our diet and exercise, to help keep me motivated also.

Would love to join u, like you I have lost some weight about 25lbs and have been doing well up to about 2 weeks ago, I was off work on holidays and then I got a bad flu so my regular eating habits and exercise schedule went out the window, I have not weighed myself but from my clothing I know I have put on at least 5lbs!!
I have the same issue as you I find it difficult to commit at the weekend!! I do not have the added pressure of kids, but I do have the pressure from friends and my partner to go out socialising and so I tend to DRINK and EAT a little too much!! I would love some support. I would like to get back to where I was and then perhaps maintain I don't necessarily want to lose too much than I already have? I'm 5ft 5 and at my lightest I was 132lbs (about 5lbs) lighter than I am now. I need to get back on track and fast.
