Need a buddy to help keep me motivated!!!
I've tried using caloriecount numerous times but have failed each time. I've found I CANNOT do it without help & support of others. I have tried dieting with friends but I find they fall off the bandwagon as quickly as I do. I really need someone to call me out when I'm slacking, & to help/support me during this journey. Anyone interested :) :)
Starting DAY 1 over as of today. I will be successful!

Big tip for you. Don't get on a 'bandwagon' or make controlling your weight something where you could be caught 'slacking'. Don't even go 'on a diet'.
The reason most people give up is because they set all the cards up for making things much nastier and more difficult than they should be. (With terms like bandwagon, slacking and diet) So this time, tell yourself that this is a positive & intelligent step... you're going to be eating healthier and taking exercise not simply to get thinner but because you're looking after yourself better & you want to get to 90 years old and not need a zimmer frame, heart-pills or a strait-jacket ![]()
And be flexible... Another big reason people give up is because they make wild statements like 'I'm never eating chocolate again!!'... which instantly means they've failed because of course, at some point, they probably will eat chocolate again. So be flexible rather than too rigid.
