Currently I'm eating a 2000 calory diet with a burn meter of 2500...on my gym days(3 days a week now turning into 6) I usually burn an extra 1000 calories making my burn meter 3500 with a 2000 calory diet. Not that great eh, a negative of 1500 calories so I need to eat a bit more. Anyone know of anything good snacks that are quick and I could munch on or fast, easy to prepare meals perferibly high in protein but low in sodium...thanx :)

Protein bars :)

But if you prefer clean eating, you can try unsalted nuts.

mhmm ok how many calories could I run with that for a decent serving? I always did like nuts :P (no I'm not gay...)

Whole milk.

hmm that would work but should i be drinking me extra calories?

Depends...a protein bar can range anywhere from 150 cals to 250ish, 40g to 60g. Can be up to around 25g of protein.

There's also protein powder (around 18-20g of protein for 100-120 cals). You can make smoothie, put it in your oatmeal, etc.

Why not?

granted.....I'll probably stick with milk and the protein shake...just need to buy more shake and I LOVE milk so yea

One way to add a lot of calories is a jacked up breakfast of oatmeal:  1/2 cup dry oats (150 calories) made with 1 cup whole milk (150) and 1 scoop protein powder (120) with 1/4 cup nuts (170) and 1/4 cup raisins (130) mixed in.  Total:  720 calories

Other ideas:  trail mix, whole milk, full-fat yogurts or cottage cheese, dried fruit, protein bars or shakes, peanut butter, beans, quinoa, carnation instant breakfast (just add to milk, extra 130 calories), dark chocolate, smoothies, milkshakes

Smoothie recipe:  1 cup whole milk (150 calories), 6 oz yogurt (150), 1 banana (100), 1 scoop protein powder (120) and 2 TB peanut butter (190) = 710 calories
